Delete your Sepira account and data
Last updated 22 October 2026
Sepira (Google Play and App Store) is made by Mehmet Ozay (developer name on Google Play: Keşkül Mobile Apps). You can delete your account and everything stored for it at any time, in the app or by writing to us.
In the app
- Open Sepira and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my photos & data and confirm.
- If you signed in with Apple, confirm once more with Apple.
Deletion happens straight away. The app then starts a new, empty account so it keeps working. To delete a single photograph instead, delete it from your Library.
Without the app
Write to mehmetozay94@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Sepira data". Your account is anonymous (we hold no name or email address), so the request must say which account it is:
- the User ID shown at the bottom of Settings in the app (tap it to copy it). Your account survives reinstalling the app, so reinstalling shows the same User ID; or
- if you cannot open the app, the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) or the App Store order ID of a credit purchase you made.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done. An account with no purchases and no User ID cannot be found, because nothing else links it to you.
What is deleted
- Every original photograph you uploaded and every result.
- Your Library records.
- Your credit balance (unused credits, including purchased ones, are lost and cannot be restored).
- Your purchase records stored under the account, and the account itself.
- On request, the purchase record held by RevenueCat.
Deleted files can remain in Google Cloud's recovery storage for up to 7 days before they are permanently erased.
What is kept
- The records that free starting credits were given (keyed by the random account identifier, and by a one-way keyed hash of your Apple identifier if you signed in with Apple), so they are not given twice. They contain nothing else.
- Per-transaction purchase records (product, credits, date and a one-way hash of the account), so a purchase is never credited twice.
- Server logs for up to 30 days, crash reports for up to 90 days and usage measurement for up to 14 months, until they expire.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own terms.
