Subscription

What Lenara Pro includes

Unlimited listening, the whole library of sleep stories and meditations, offline downloads, playlists and the whisper narration. Without Pro you can still listen to a couple of pieces every day and use every ambient sound without limit.

I subscribed but the app still says I am not Pro

Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. If that does not do it, sign out and back in with the same method you used when you subscribed — Apple and Google are separate identities unless they share an email address. Still stuck? Write to us with the email you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your device open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lenara. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel anything.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong — it usually means something is broken.

Does Pro carry to my other devices?

Yes, as long as you are signed in with the same account and the same Apple ID that bought it. Use Restore purchases on the new device.

Playback

The audio stops when I lock the screen

It should not. Check Settings → Lenara and make sure nothing is restricting background activity, and that Low Power Mode is not on — iOS suspends background audio aggressively in Low Power Mode.

The sleep timer ended but the app is still open

That is expected. iOS does not allow an app to close itself. When the timer ends Lenara fades the sound out over the last half minute and darkens the screen. Tap anywhere to bring it back.

I chose whisper but it sounds the same

Whisper exists for a selected set of content in every language. When a piece has no whisper recording, Lenara plays the normal soft narration instead of failing. We are adding more.

Nothing plays and I have no connection

Streaming needs a connection. Downloads do not — open Profile → Downloads to see what is already on the device. Ambient sounds are generated on the phone and always work offline.

Downloads

Where do downloads live?

On your device, in Lenara's own storage. They are excluded from iCloud backup on purpose: the library can be downloaded again and there is no reason to fill your iCloud space with it.

Deleting a download

Profile → Downloads → the bin icon on the row. If that piece is playing from the device at the time, playback stops. Deleting a download never affects your subscription.

Account and data

Signing in

You can sign in with Apple or with Google. If both use the same email address they are treated as one account. If you choose Apple's Hide My Email, Apple gives us a relay address instead — that looks like a different person to us and cannot be merged with your Google account afterwards.

Deleting your account

Write to mehmetozay94@gmail.com from the address on the account. Everything we hold — favourites, listening history, playlists, statistics — is deleted within thirty days. Cancel your subscription in the App Store separately; we cannot cancel it for you.

What do you know about me?

Very little, and none of it is sold. The privacy policy lists it line by line.

Still stuck
