Your nightsMost apps write one library and translate it. Lenara does not. The stories in each language were written in that language, with its own places, weather and rhythm — a night in Istanbul does not sound like a night in Kyoto, and it should not.
Around seventeen minutes each, narrated slowly and softly by a voice that is trying not to wake you. A whisper narration is there too, for the nights when even a soft voice is too much.
Sorted by what you actually need tonight: falling asleep, anxiety, a body scan, breathing, focus, gratitude, letting go of tension.
Rain, waves, fire, forest, brown and pink noise — generated on your phone as you listen. They never loop, they never repeat, and they use no data.
When the time is up the sound does not cut off. It fades over the last half minute and the screen darkens, so nothing jolts you awake.
Download the audio and the text together. On a plane, on the underground, with no signal at all.
Playlists, favourites, listening history, shuffle and repeat. Your streak and your quiet hours, counted.
Subscriptions, downloads, playback, deleting your account — the support page covers all of it. If it does not, write to mehmetozay94@gmail.com and a person will answer.
