Delete your Ketify account and data

Ketify (App Store and Google Play) is made by Mehmet Ozay (developer name on Google Play: Keşkül Mobile Apps). You can delete your account and everything stored for it at any time, in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

1. Open Ketify and go to Profile.
2. Open Account and tap Delete account (as a guest: Delete my data), then confirm.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. The app then returns to its introduction.

Without the app

Write to mehmetozay94@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Ketify account”, from the email address of your Sign in with Apple account if you used one, or with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) of a subscription. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile and everything stored in your account: goals, logged meals, water, weigh-ins, ketone and glucose readings, favourites, weekly plan, pantry, shopping list and the recipes Panda Chef wrote for you.
• Your recipe ratings and any reports you sent.
• Your customer record at RevenueCat and your sign-in account.

What is kept

• If you used free AI features while signed in with Apple and without Pro: one keyed one-way hash of your Apple identifier with the number of free uses, so that re-creating an account does not reset the free allowance. It contains nothing else.
• Records of processed subscription events, server logs and crash reports until they expire (up to 90 days), and usage measurement for up to 14 months.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own terms. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
